NKH Safety, Inc. has been in business since 1990 and has a great deal of experience in all aspects of our business.  All of our staff members are long term employees that have been working in the field since our inception.

William Neal

• President
  • Responsible for overall management of NKH Safety, Inc. and client contracts
  • Has developed comprehensive written H&S programs for construction and general industry
  • Has developed and implemented comprehensive training and on-line database for Cincinnati area painting contractors / PDC union
  • Has developed numerous Facility Emergency Plans for high rise buildings, high density buildings and high value facilities
  • OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Certified in Construction
    • Has been an OSHA Authorized Instructor and is responsible for developing and designing both construction and general industry training program.
    • Has taught hundreds of OSHA classes throughout the course of NKH Safety, Inc. work.
    • Has conducted several thousand construction site safety inspections.
  • State of Ohio Certified Fire Safety Inspector
  • State of Ohio Certified Paramedic
  • Nationally certified Hazardous Materials Technician / Confined Space entry and rescue
  • 30 years experience in both industrial and municipal firefighting and EMS
  • Graduated from Northern Ky University   (Chemistry and Radiation Technology)
  • 11 Years of prior experience working in fire and safety for GE Aircraft Engines.

Paul Garbon

• Vice President
  • Assigned as Corporate Safety Manager for Fifth Third Bank (works part time schedule as needed)
    
    • Responsible for oversight of the entire Fifth Third Bank Safety Program  (23,000 employees)
    • Manages fire alarm systems and contracts
    • Manages Safety Warden Program
    • Implemented the corporate wide AED program
  • State of Ohio certified Paramedic, Firefighter II and Fire Inspector
  • CPR / AED Instructor
  • OSHA 10 and 30 hour certified
  • Assists with NKH company development

Terry Devine

• Senior Construction Associate
  • OSHA 10 and 30 Hour certifications for construction

  • OSHA Authorized trainer for Construction
    • Has conducted hundreds of construction safety classes including the OSHA 10 and 30 hour
    • Develops and implements client specific safety training programs.
  • Has conducted thousands of construction site safety inspections
  • Has attended many OSHA hearings and informal conferences for clients etc.
  • Conducts accident investigations as needed
  • First aid / CPR certified  (former EMT for 30 years)
  • Has served as full time on site safety professional for many construction projects
