NKH Safety Return Policy

You may return any unused item to NKH Safety, Inc. within 30 days of delivery subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping/handling costs. All returns must have prior authorization via an NKH Safety issued RMA Number to the customer for that returned order. When requesting an RMA, we must have the following information: Customer name, Company name, Shipping address, Contact phone number, Email address, Product Number, Product quantity, Ordering information (order ID/invoice ID), Reason for RMA

If the return is the result of our error, the restocking fee will be waived and we will pay for return shipping/handling costs.

If you received an item that you did not order, please let our Customer Service department know. (800-892-6940 or CustomerService@NKHSafety.net) and we will make the appropriate arrangements.
